A Black Locust Tree in Bloom.

Our locust honey comes from black locust trees on our Indiana farm.  These trees are usually found in fields or along river and stream beds, and the heavy whitish-yellow blossoms produce a light, mild, fragrant honey. For more information on black locust trees, click here.
