Cranberries in bloom.

A strong, tangy honey from pollination of cranberry bogs in South Haven, Michigan. This is a rare honey that occurs only in a summer season when the cranberries bloom before other surrounding wildflowers are in bloom, allowing the bees to intensively collect only cranberry nectar.
