Our Buckwheat honey comes from the Shiawassee Nature Preserve in St. Charles, Michigan. Heirloom buckwheat plants grow wild on untreated land, providing food for migrating and nesting birds. The resulting honey is dark, strong-flavored, and robust – just what you expect from pure Buckwheat.
